Reservations can be made via our official LINE or online reservation system.

Please register as a friend using the QR code above.

Clicking the button above will take you to the reservation system.
The first time you use the service, you will need to register your information.
If you would like to make a tentative reservation (keep), please reserve your schedule through the reservation system.
Please make up to three tentative reservations per project.
If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, there will be no charge.
(We will send you a reminder on the day your reservation is confirmed, so please make your decision.)
How to make a reservation
For those who make reservations via LINE

①After registering on LINE, click on "Reservation/Reservation Details/Change/Cancellation" from the menu at the bottom.
②Select the purpose of your reservation and choose the desired date and time from the calendar.
③Select the time you would like to use the service and fill in the details of the shoot and billing information in the comments section.
④Once the reservation is complete, you will receive a message with details about the reservation, instructions for use, how to open the door, etc. Please check it.
​⑤ 7 days before the reservation date, you will receive a message informing you of the confirmed reservation date. Cancellation fees will be charged from the following day (6 days before), so if you are not yet confirmed, please go through the cancellation procedure.

For those who make online reservations

②Select an available date and time from the calendar.

③Select the time you would like to use the service and fill in the billing address and details of the shoot in the comments section.

④Once your reservation is complete, you will receive an email with details about your reservation, instructions for use, how to open the door, etc. Please check it.

​⑤ 7 days before the reservation date, you will receive an email informing you of the reservation confirmation date. Cancellation fees will be charged from the next day (6 days before), so if you are not yet confirmed, please go through the cancellation procedure.

Extension of the day

<About extension on the day>

Yes, as long as there are no other reservations for the later time. Reservations will open one hour before the original scheduled end time.

If you made a reservation online, you will be notified of the extension by email, and if you made a reservation via LINE, you will be notified via LINE.

If you would like to use this service, please apply in 30-minute increments.

If you are not planning on extending your stay, please ignore this notice.

Payment Method

Payment is by invoice only. An invoice will be sent to your email address after use.

If your appointment is extended beyond your reservation time, you will be charged for the extra time.

Payment will be made at the time of your reservation, so we cannot offer refunds if you finish early.

How to change or cancel your reservation

Please note that, in accordance with our cancellation policy, cancellation fees will be charged from 6 days prior to the reservation date.

②Click the three lines in the upper right corner and click "Reservation details/changes/cancellations."

④If you make a change, you will receive a message with information about the changed date and time. Changes will be treated as rebookings, but no cancellation fees will be charged. If you cancel, you will receive a message confirming the cancellation.

For those who make online reservations

②Click on the reservation you want to change/cancel from the list of reservations.

③ You can choose either "Change reservation" or "Cancel" .

④If you make a change, you will receive an email with information about the new date and time. Changes will require you to make a new reservation, but no cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
