GUIDE
Usage time: Includes time from entering to leaving (loading in to unloading).
Assistants/Loading and Unloading: There are no assistants at our studio. Please load and unload your belongings by yourself on the day.
Parking: There is no dedicated parking lot. Nearby coin parking is available here.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility.
Location scouting: Please contact us by LINE/email/phone with your date, name, and contact information. A person in charge will respond to your request in order. As filming takes priority, we may not be able to accommodate your desired date.
Garbage: We will not collect garbage. Please take it home with you.
Lighting: Please refrain from emitting light towards the outside. If you are taking photos using lighting after sunset, please block out the light.
Consideration for neighbors: Please refrain from making noise that may disturb neighbors, directing light toward the outside, occupying shared spaces, or causing a nuisance in the surrounding area. Filming that may disturb other floors, such as intense dancing or music videos with loud volumes, is not permitted.
Prohibition of photography that violates public order and morals: Nude and similar photography is not permitted. Please inform us of the content of the shoot before making a reservation. If the content differs from what you have informed us, the shoot may be canceled and you may be asked to leave. Please note that in such cases, the fee for the reservation will still be charged.
Equipment brought in: The studio will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of any photographic equipment or valuables brought in, so please manage them yourself. The studio will also not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during use.
Safety check: We have installed security cameras and are recording, but they will not be used for any other purpose than security. Staff may enter the premises to check the situation.
Studio facilities: You are free to use the furniture, accessories, etc. When moving furniture, please be careful not to damage the furniture, floors, or walls. Please cooperate in returning the equipment to its original state after shooting. Please refrain from using nails or screws on the walls, floors, or ceilings, or using strong tape that may damage the walls. If any damage or breakage is caused that cannot be restored to its original state, we will charge you for the repairs.
